Web Connect is currently preparing to move its data centre to a new location. Work is presently underway with configuring the various network and storage hosts in preparation for migration. Once this is completed we will begin the process of moving the individual servers across.
Due to the underlying platform our services are hosted on we are able to migrate most of it on the fly, and as such you should see no downtime. However there is a possibility of something going wrong. If so there may be a brief outage while we rollback the change.
Rest assured we have full backups & redundancy, and no data will be lost during this process.
