Yes. There are two ways of setting up Forwarders.
If you want to forward copies of email to another address but also want to keep copies of those emails on the address being forwarded then set up the email address and then add a Forwarder for it.
If all you want to do is to forward all email coming to one address to another, and keep no copies of it, then just set up a forwarder - without actually setting up that email address.
