The Microsoft Outlook Connector allows you to synchronise Microsoft Outlook with your Cloudmail Professional account giving full access to email, calendars & address books.
1) Download and install the Microsoft Outlook Connector from our website:

2) Goto 'Start Menu->Control Panel' and click on the 'Mail' icon
3) Click 'Show Profiles'
4) Click 'Add'
5) When prompted give the new profile a name - e.g. Zimbra - and then click 'OK'
6) You will then be prompted to create a new email account. Choose 'Manually configure server settings...' and then click 'Next'
7) Select 'Other', click on 'Zimbra Collaboration Server', then click 'Next'
8) Fill in the following fields:
Server Name: cloudmail.bignoise.co.nz
Use Secure Connection: enable
Email address: <your email address>
Password: <your password>
9) Click on the 'Connection Settings' tab and select 'No Proxy'
10) Click 'Apply' then 'OK'
11) A box will appear reminding you to restart Outlook before changes take effect. Click 'OK' to acknowledge.
12) Click 'Finish' on the following screen.
13) If you have an exisiting email account and wish to be prompted for which one to open then select 'Prompt for profile', otherwise select 'Always use this profile' and choose the name of the profile you created earlier from the dropdown box.
14) Click 'Apply' then 'OK'
15) Close Control Panel window then open Outlook
16) Your Cloudmail emails, calendar & address books will begin syncing with Outlook. This may take some time depending on how many emails you have in your mailbox.
