Accessing Cloudmail

1st
 You need to setup a MX record in your DNS zone pointing to cloudmail.webconnect.nz


To do this you need to login your hosting account with us, if you dont host your DNS with us please change on your provider end, if unsure drop us a support email or contact your IT company.
Please make sure there is only one MX record. Failing to do this may result in no emails.

2nd Login to your webconnect Hosting Client Area go to Services / My Services Click on your new Product / Manage Mailboxes and add your user name and password once created click on user and it will give you the login to online version.




3rd Setting up Email client

Incoming and out going servers: cloudmail.webconnect.nz

Outgoing Port (SMTP): 25
Incoming Port (POP3): 110
Incoming Port (IMAP): 143

(Please note some ISPs block the above ports)


We recommend SSL Cert as its more secure and works around the world.

Outgoing Port (SMTPS): 464
Incoming Port (POP3S): 995
Incoming Port (IMAPS): 993
