To Gain Acess to this function you need to add a user in your control panel supplied by us or created by you ,you can edit existing users, like passwords and disk quota.
The control panel will give you detail on how to setup access to this service, under video tutorials
If you have been a client since 2011 july then you may not be on our new services , please drop us a line to be upgraded

By default if you are using our nameservers and control panel standard setting are applied

user ftp@yourdomain.co.nz
password will be what the control panel access is ,
Default ftp directory would be as follows /home/yourdomain.co.nz/public_html
